I received this email from Joe Lambert of the Center for Digital Storytelling in California. He’s in the UK for DS5 in Aberystwyth. While he’s here he running a workshop in London and he has some places to fill.

This is a reminder, we will be offering the only CDS Open Standard Workshop this year in Europe led by a CDS staff member, next week in London from the afternoon of Thursday June 17- Saturday, June 19 at the London Knowledge Lab,http://www.lkl.ac.uk/cms/index.php.  

As with all of our workshops, we will lead the participants in the creation of a story, but as the lead instructor, I will also be exploring some of the new approaches to our work in the course of the workshop, including the adaptation of our Seven Elements lecture that came out with the release of the 3rd Edition of my book; Digital Storytelling: Capturing Lives, and Creating Community, this year.
