The report was researched by the Department of Media and
Communications at the London School of Economics and published
by OFCOM in 2005.
Digital Storytelling was taken as a case study and highlighted
as one means of improving the nation's media literacy.

value to the public of opportunities for media creation, as
well as key barriers, and it highlights the importance of
enjoying media creation in facilitating media literacy.
